Residential Management Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Safety department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our properties and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with property teams to ensure fire safety is integrated into all aspects of property management.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on fire safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on fire safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Represent RMG at national fire and health and safety committee meetings, as required.
- Post-qualification experience in fire safety, M&E, construction, FM, or property management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Nebosh fire certificate or working towards Fire Diploma.
- Membership level of IFE.
- A competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus £4,320 cash car allowance per annum.
