Fusion Centre Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Sunderland centre to success. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the centre's growth and profitability.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services, and the UK's largest vehicle service, maintenance and repair business. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, maximising profit and minimising loss, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service
  • Optimise workforce scheduling to meet customer demand and maximise capacity
  • Analyse customer metrics and centre performance data to drive sales and profit growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer metrics targets
  • Manage capability and performance, and develop colleagues through delivery of technical training

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving success with teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience of managing capability and performance, and developing colleagues through delivery of technical training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • IT proficient, with experience of using Microsoft packages and in-house systems
