Centre Manager Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to lead our Sunderland centre to success. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the centre's performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 11 skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service.
  • Maximise profit and minimise loss through effective management of the centre's day-to-day operations.
  • Optimise workforce scheduling to meet customer demand and ensure maximum capacity.
  • Analyse customer metrics and centre performance data to drive sales margin and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement coaching and training programmes to enhance colleague skills and performance.
  • Manage capability and performance, ensuring all team members meet compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving success with teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience of managing capability and performance, with a focus on compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • IT proficient, with experience of using Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
  • A current full valid driving licence.
