Senior Advisory Role: Head of Energy and Utilities Advisory

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to lead our Energy and Utilities Advisory team, with a strong background in infrastructure, energy, and utilities M&A transactions.

This is a challenging opportunity to join RSM UK's esteemed Transaction Advisory team and play a key role in shaping our firm's growth strategy.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in executing and originating complex M&A transactions, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and possess a deep understanding of the middle market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans for energy and utilities M&A transactions.
  • Cultivating relationships with key clients, investors, and lenders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and advising clients accordingly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in infrastructure, energy, and utilities M&A transactions.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing and originating complex M&A deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £140,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
