Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our people operations and advisory team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering people strategies that drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of people advisors to deliver high-quality people services and support.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their people needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on people-related matters, including employment law, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Manage and analyze people data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified, level 7 or above.
  • High degree of business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of best people practice across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to create and deliver business-focused people solutions.
  • Knowledge of people future thinking and employment trends.
  • Ability to develop relevant and commercial people propositions and gain buy-in and support from business leaders.
  • Experience in delivering employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion strategies.
  • Ability to identify people risk and apply effective mitigation strategies.
