About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid NMC Pin and no restrictions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of a minimum of £20 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1,500, and a range of benefits including:
