- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A valid NMC Pin and no restrictions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our residents.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of a minimum of £20 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1,500, and a range of benefits including:
