Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Regulatory Attorney to join our team at Taylor Root. As a key member of our risk team, you will work closely with our General Counsel and senior team members to oversee client engagements and ensure strict compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review and Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for firm suppliers, ensuring that all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Regulatory Guidance: Offer expert guidance on risk and regulatory matters, ensuring that the firm remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting and Meetings: Contribute to various reports and attend relevant meetings to ensure that the firm's risk and regulatory obligations are met.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor Status: Must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Commercial Contract Experience: Proven experience in commercial contract reviews and negotiations.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SRA Handbook and key legal and regulatory obligations.
