Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, in London. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's overall group strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic projects and assess long-term business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to improve strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on market, industry, and competitor analysis.
  • Experience in Financial Services, including Banking, Private Banking, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management.
  • Expertise in leveraging data to develop actionable, results-oriented strategies that drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end strategy engagements in Financial Services within an MBB consultancy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
