Job Title: NEC Project Supervisor

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced NEC 4 Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team on a contract basis. The role involves working with complex highways and transportation schemes, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery from construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the NEC4 Project Manager and Client Project Manager to foster a collaborative project environment
* Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards during all construction activities
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
* Attend and contribute to site meetings, providing updates on site activities and progress
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, such as daily logs, inspection reports, and safety records
* Prepare and submit regular progress reports
* Ensure all site activities comply with contractual terms and conditions
* Assist in managing change orders, compensation events, and other contractual issues
* Supervise contractors on site and verify valuations for completed works

Job Requirements:
* Experience and knowledge of NEC and highway projects
* Experience of working on local authority schemes
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including the public
* Experience working on highways and transportation infrastructure projects, including walk/cycle schemes
* Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously, handling construction values ranging from £100k to £5m
