Collections Manager

We are seeking an experienced Collections Manager to join our Omni Capital Retail Finance business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our end-to-end collections process, working closely with the Head of Customer Service to ensure we deliver best-in-class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our external debt collection agency and debt sale partners to achieve strong recovery metrics.
- Lead a team of collections agents to ensure effective debt recovery and customer outcomes.
- Develop and implement collections strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collections processes and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze collections performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a collections team in a regulated contact centre environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing debt purchaser and debt collection agency relationships.
- Strong working knowledge of collections and arrears recoveries processes in relation to consumer credit.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage external client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
