SEN Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to work with children with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism and a strong understanding of the Autism spectrum.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized learning programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of children with Autism.
  • Create a structured and nurturing environment that promotes engagement, independence, and positive behavior.
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to provide holistic support for each child.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff members to deliver high-quality education.
  • Monitor and record each child's progress, adapting strategies as necessary to meet their individual goals.
  • Stay informed about best practices in SEN education, particularly Autism, and participate in relevant training opportunities.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children with Autism and other SEN needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Autism spectrum and effective strategies to support learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Package

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
