About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consolidation Manager to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the consolidation process for our group accounts.

In this role, you will prepare quarterly Consolidated management reports, lead the preparation of group statutory audit, and develop and improve the Group's consolidation reporting function. You will also ensure compliance with FRS102 and undertake technical reviews of accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive PQE experience as a Qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA Accountant, with a strong knowledge of GAAP (UK GAAP/FRS102) and consolidating a large number of entities. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, along with problem-solving abilities and experience with Corporation Tax.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
