About the Role

DMJ Recruitment is excited to partner with a dynamic renewable energy company in their search for a Legal & Governance Manager to join their growing team.

This newly created role will work closely with the General Counsel & Company Secretary to support the delivery of the company's legal and governance strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of legal and governance strategies and objectives
  • Work closely with the General Counsel & Company Secretary
  • Hold a degree in Law (or a related field)
  • Have experience as a Legal Manager, in-house counsel, or Deputy Company Secretary
  • Have a track record of working on high-value, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
