**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Norfolk area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
* Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
* Respond quickly and effectively to machinery breakdowns, using your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
**Shift Pattern:**
Our maintenance team operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with 2s and 3s days and nights. This allows for a good work-life balance and ensures that our production lines are always well-maintained.
