Maintenance Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Support Specialist to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the assessment of maintenance effectiveness, implementing actions to meet and maintain maintenance standards, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
The ideal candidate will have a RQF Diploma, HNC, or City and Guilds in Maintenance or Building Services, as well as plumbing, joinery, and plastering skills. They will also have experience working with service users who have additional support needs and previous experience in a maintenance role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support, coordinating and liaising with external agencies, and ensuring that clients' rights are protected.
We offer a competitive salary of £14.50 per hour (PAYE) and a range of benefits, including paid annual leave, weekly pay, and access to our Health Assured scheme.
