Transport Team Leader

Culina Group, a leading provider of integrated supply chain services, is seeking a skilled Transport Team Leader to join our team at our Telford site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Transport Operations Team and driver team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to regulations.
  • Plan daily operations, including vehicle and driver utilization, to meet dispatch KPIs and minimize delays.
  • Liaise with third-party hauliers and collection/delivery points to ensure smooth operations and communicate any issues.
  • Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and report any accidents.
  • Transport experience in FMCG environment and knowledge of tachograph/driving rules and regulations are essential.
Requirements:
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
