Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity in Residential Development

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential development, with experience in overseeing new build projects from start to finish.

About the Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of residential developments, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of residential developments, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
  • Oversee new build projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in residential development, with a strong background in quantity surveying
  • Proven track record of managing commercial aspects of residential developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
