About the Role

As a Team Leader for our Terms and Database Team, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the team that maintains the vehicle database for all surrounding teams, ensuring all data on vehicles is accurate and correct. This involves communicating with manufacturers and dealerships to extract and clarify key data and vehicle discounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Allocation of workload and management of SLAs
- Managing the team inbox for internal and external queries
- Keeping the quoting system up to date for customers
- Applying accurate discounts to vehicles
- Analysing and extracting data from report spreadsheets
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with all suppliers and manufacturers

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people management and enjoys working within a task-driven environment. You should take pride in your keen eye for detail and ability to ensure things are correct, always keeping systems and documentation up to date and maintaining accuracy within the team.
