About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to join our team in Largs, North Ayrshire. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with various aspects of personal care, including preparing meals, administering medication, and assistance with finances and housework.
  • Support individuals to develop their social networks and connections, including accessing local and wider community resources.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and aspirations of the individuals we support are met.
  • Participate in person-centred planning and thinking to ensure individuals achieve their goals and outcomes.
