Deputy Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and other legal/statutory frameworks.
- Support the aims and objectives of the nursery and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Manage staffing levels and ensure a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for children.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and ensure that it meets the needs of all children.
Requirements:
- Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Demonstrable post-qualification experience of working with children.
- Experience of implementing EYFS and knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and have a good understanding of Safeguarding and child protection.
