Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to customers to help them maximize their potential and independence
  • Assess customers' needs and develop tailored support plans to meet their goals
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Build strong relationships with customers, respecting their autonomy and dignity
  • Liaise with external agencies to provide customers with access to training, education, and employment opportunities
  • Manage crisis situations and provide emotional support to customers
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and progress

Requirements

  • Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
