**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Plandek. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving the growth and expansion of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Qualify inbound leads and determine their suitability for our products/services
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system
* Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and maximize lead generation
**Requirements**
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in an inside sales role
* Proven track record in business development
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
* Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
