We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor who can lead, motivate and inspire a team to work in our welcoming Subway Store. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present; Supervisors are the right-hand person of the Store Manager.

You will be second in command and play a key part in ensuring the team operates smoothly, promoting sales and increasing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, getting involved with food preparation, store cleanliness and serving our loyal customers.
