Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Supervisor to join our Subway team. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, promoting sales, and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
  • Participate in food preparation and serving customers
