Job Summary:
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire. As a dedicated Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young children in an outstanding Ofsted-rated school.

This is a long-term position that requires a commitment to 5 days per week. You will work closely with the school's EYFS team to deliver high-quality education and care to students. Your main responsibility will be to provide academic and emotional support to pupils, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth through fun, hands-on learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young learners. If you are a nurturing and creative individual who enjoys engaging in child-initiated learning, we encourage you to apply.
