SI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing management information, month-end accounting, and assisting with the preparation of cash flow forecasts and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of management information, including financial reports and analysis
- Responsible for month-end accounting, including posting journals, P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of cash flow forecasts and budgets
- Preparation of VAT returns and providing support to tax advisers for corporation tax returns
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts and managing audit processes for Group Companies
- Identifying and delivering process improvements and introductions of control where necessary
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be AAT qualified or have similar qualifications, and have excellent communication skills. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
