About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Resource Management Specialist to join our Audit Resourcing Team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client teams are staffed with the right skills at the right time. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for resource management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage resource requests using the Retain tool, prioritizing and escalating requests effectively.
  2. Support annual resource planning, ensuring accuracy and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  3. Update training pathways and non-client commitments in Retain, maintaining data accuracy for client and business planning.
  4. Communicate directly with client handlers to resolve resourcing issues, providing solutions under pressure.
  5. Cleanse and update data in Retain regularly, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
  6. Analyse and share resource management information on a regular basis, translating data into actionable insights.
  7. Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including trainees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Resource management experience in professional services or consulting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to understand and meet stakeholder needs.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting for management information.
  • Proficient in multitasking, with strong organisational and administrative capabilities, including Excel.
