About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team at Derwent. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional standards of care to our residents, ensuring they live happy, healthy, and quality lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Deliver personalized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
