Care Team Manager

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Manager to join our team at Kingly House in Hinkley, Leicestershire.
We provide personalized care to our residents, enabling them to develop skills and gain independence in a way that suits them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the running of the shift, delegating and planning activities and responsibilities to staff as appropriate.
- Share with other staff in meeting the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects their privacy and dignity.
- Administer prescribed medication in accordance with relevant procedures and individual care plans.
- Help in the care of the residents' physical environment and in the general day-to-day activities of the home.
Requirements:
- QCF / NVQ level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
- A genuine interest in providing person-centered care.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
