Job Description
  • We require an experienced Corporate PA/Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our team of Consultants.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong telephone manner, and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage high workloads, prioritizing tasks efficiently, taking initiative, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate diaries for the team, processing expenses and timesheets.
  • Monitor publication websites and newspapers for coverage, creating PDFs of relevant articles.
  • Format and release RNS documents to the London Stock Exchange (training provided).
  • Prepare documents for meetings, including printing and binding.
  • Assist with production and proofing of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Arrange restaurant/venue bookings, coordinating on-site meetings (catering, AV, guests).
  • Organise travel and hotel bookings via our travel agent.
  • Liaise with IT department to resolve team members' technical issues.
  • Book couriers and coordinate internal events.
  • Cover for CEO when EA is on holiday.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office.
  • Support PA team and Office Administrator during lunch breaks and holiday cover.
