Catering Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and well-presented kitchen and service area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and friendly welcome.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Deliver food to other sites as required, using a company vehicle.
This is a 35-hour per week role, working Monday to Friday.
Requirements- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service.
- A valid driving license.
