Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.

As a successful Lodge Manager, you will have a background in administration and customer service, with experience in similar sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care. You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a love of people and a focus on delivering a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners.

• Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for Owners
• Provide a first-class service to Owners, responding to their needs and concerns
• Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
• Organise activities and events for Owners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
• Manage the administration of the site, using Microsoft Office applications and other tools as required
