About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant team at St Austell Brewery.

As a Quality Food Preparation Specialist, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using locally sourced ingredients.

Your Key Responsibilities

You'll be working closely with our menu writing team to help adapt our offer to meet the evolving needs of our business and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using locally sourced ingredients
  • Working closely with our menu writing team to adapt our offer
  • Ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
