About the Role

AESG is seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant to join our External Wall Advisory division in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of complex construction projects, including independent project management and technical expertise in fire and facade engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a strong team of engineers and consultants to deliver high-quality projects
  • Work closely with clients to ensure exceptional quality and satisfaction
  • Continuously develop and grow our External Wall Advisory offering in the UK and international markets
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated outputs
  • Execute strategy, business development, and commercial management
Requirements
  • Expert understanding of fire engineering principles and experience in complex projects
  • Strong communication skills and thought leadership in the industry
  • Motivated and self-driven with an entrepreneurial outlook
  • Committed to technical excellence and good relationship building
  • PAS 9980 risk-based assessments and EWS1 experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering within Residential, Commercial, and Hotels sectors
