Your Role as Chef
  • Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards, exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, taking pride in our kitchen operation
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Accurately and consistently adhere to portion controls
  • Carry out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months chef experience
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
  • A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
