Job Title: Clinical Vascular Scientist
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Vascular Scientist to join our team at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Clinical Vascular Scientist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert vascular care to our patients.

Person Specification:
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant clinical experience
- 2 years of experience at Band 6 level in respiratory, covering colorectal surgery, chronic disease management and ITU.
- Supervision of junior physiotherapy staff.
- Experience of teaching students and peers.
- Experience of audit / research process
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous prehabilitation experience
- Previous experience at Band 7 level.
- Previous management of patients following colorectal surgery
Skills:
Essential Criteria:
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate.
- Ability to appraise and develop team members through the IPR process.
- To be able to communicate effectively
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with Data collection
- Involvement in pre-habilitation of surgical patients
- Involvement in research/audit
- To be able to lead a small team in difficult situations
