Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail assistants and deputy managers to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and make informed decisions quickly
