We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Devon. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the food and beverage team, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, responding to guest feedback and concerns
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
