Job Title: Account Manager

Join BMS Performance Ltd, a leading recruitment agency specializing in sales professionals, and take on a challenging role as an Account Manager in our Medical Sales team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our Medical Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with surgeons, theatre nurses, and procurement teams in hospitals across Northern Ireland.

Your primary objective will be to cross-sell and upsell our products to existing accounts, while also identifying new business opportunities to grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the medical or hospital sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
