Site Manager Required for New Build Leisure Project

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new leisure project in the Ashford area. The ideal candidate will have a background in main contracting and hold relevant certifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from groundworks to completion, ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest standard and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the work of trades and subcontractors to ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standard.
  2. Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the site is a safe working environment.
  3. Conduct regular toolbox talks to ensure that all site personnel are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of health and safety.
  4. Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure that the project is compliant with all relevant regulations.
