Job Title: Skilled Production Operative

The Recruitment Co. is seeking two skilled production operatives to join our food production client's branded food business, renowned for its flavor and commitment to making the factory a great place to work, grow, and develop.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector
  • Food production experience is essential

Job Summary:

As a skilled production operative, you will work collaboratively with the team to adhere to and improve health and safety procedures, challenging where necessary. Your duties will include working to agreed operating standards in the preparation of products, coordinating and supervising supporting operatives, maintaining accurate process paperwork, and monitoring and recording performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work to agreed operating standards in the preparation of products
  • Coordinate and supervise supporting operatives
  • Maintain accurate process paperwork
  • Monitor and record performance
  • Carry out first-line investigations into any issues arising
