Motion Designer Job Description

This creative agency is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join their team. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for transforming big ideas into captivating motion, bringing energy and innovation to each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Translate a client's objectives into effective, inspiring, and entertaining social-first content that achieves measurable results.
  • Collaboration: Work with delivery teams, collaborating closely with Creatives, Directors, and Digital Media Managers on creative ideation and execution.
  • Time-Management: Manage your allocated time, ensuring clients know how much Creative's time they are getting month on month.
  • Work on a variety of different brands across all sectors.

Requirements:

  • Two years of creative agency experience as a Motion Designer.
  • Capable of taking strategy and executing it in social-first, show-stopping ways, with a keen eye for detail and intrigue.
  • Motion obsessed with an advanced technical understanding of principles and how to apply them to the latest trends and innovations.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience in Red Giant and Cinema 4D or equivalent is an added bonus.
  • Fascinated by brands and social media, with the ability to write compelling, unique social copy for a range of different audiences.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment where deadlines land simultaneously.
