As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our client, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fabric maintenance duties, as well as reactive attendances.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Undertake PM works in line with SFG20 and ACOPs as delegated by the Helpdesk or line manager/site supervisor
* Respond to reactive work requests promptly in line with agreed KPI response times
* Undertake statutory testing duties as delegated and complete all works as per ACOPs and British Standards
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of health and safety principles and lead by example
* Supervise sub-contracted works and report on performance as necessary
* Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to ensure work is completed

**Requirements:**

* Relevant professional trade qualification (minimum C&G level III or equivalent)
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
