Job Title: Lecturer in Health and Social Care

Regent College London is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our team. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality teaching and learning materials, as well as facilitating teaching sessions and assessing student performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning and teaching materials for modules and programs
  • Deliver teaching sessions and facilitate student learning
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and program specifications
  • Engage in scholarship and professional development to enhance teaching and learning
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline
  • Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or willingness to work towards
  • Significant experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in a higher education environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
