About the Role

As a Sales Operations Executive at Anderson Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing leads, tracking sales activities, and ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities. You will also assist with producing quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records of accounts and sales activities.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  1. Assist the sales team in managing leads and ensuring timely follow-up
  2. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

Quoting and Order Processing:

  1. Produce quotations for new and repeat business
  2. Process purchase orders and requests through relevant internal processes

Inventory Management:

  1. Work with the Head of Inventory to allocate assets/stock to orders

Customer Service:

  1. Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Data Management:

  1. Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts

Benefits:

You will receive a competitive salary (£29,500 - £33,000 per annum) and enjoy a range of benefits, including private medical insurance and 25 days' annual leave.
