Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the operational, administrative, and financial aspects of our museum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, operations, and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee finance-related activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Implement risk management strategies to ensure the museum's assets and reputation are protected.
  • Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and operations, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • MBA, MPA, or CPA credentials preferred.
