Pharmacy Sector Opportunity

Christie & Co is seeking a dynamic and experienced agent to develop activity for the pharmacy sector across the Southeast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building on our successes in other regions and driving growth in this highly specialist field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register and maintain applicant requirements using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
  • Prepare, send, and monitor marketing collateral, mail, and email campaigns to attract potential buyers.
  • List, market, and manage opportunities for sale, including arranging viewings and negotiating offers.
  • Negotiate and agree deals, manage lawyers, and oversee the sale process.
  • Regularly update clients on instruction activity and promote Christie & Co's credentials.
  • Implement a business generation strategy within a given territory to generate new sale enquiries.
  • Present Christie & Co's credentials, deliver pricing advice, and secure sale mandates.
  • Collaborate with our regional and national team on corporate projects and network across the territory.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within an Estate Agency business.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the property sector and property trends.
  • Relevant Real Estate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce.
