Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rope Access Radiographic Technician to join our team at Oceaneering. As a key member of our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) team, you will be responsible for conducting radiographic inspections on components, pipework, and structural assemblies to ensure their acceptability to specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out radiographic inspections using various NDT techniques to identify defects and anomalies.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to Oceaneering's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Perform equipment function tests and report any faulty equipment to the supervisor.
  • Produce clear and concise reports detailing the methods used and results of the inspection.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Participate in company-wide technical forums to stay up-to-date with innovative technologies.
Requirements
  • PCN Radiography Level 2 certification.
  • Rope Access certification.
  • Offshore Survival certification.
  • MIST certification.
  • Valid Full UK driving license.
  • Valid Passport.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working Conditions

This position involves working primarily outdoors, with occasional exposure to airborne dust, fumes, and gases. The work surface is stable, and the physical demands of the job are considered medium.
