Dedicated Education Support Worker for Students with SEN

**Role Description**
We are seeking a Dedicated Education Support Worker to join our team at TLTP Education and provide 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school setting.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
**Responsibilities & Requirements**
- Support students with SEN in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- QTS or equivalent qualification and experience working with students with SEN.
**Salary & Benefits**
The salary for this role is £85-£95 per day, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting students with SEN.
