Your Responsibilities
As a Global Holiday Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create and sell personalized holiday packages to customers. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your knowledge of destinations and vibrant personality, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience as a travel consultant, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be a driven team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of social media and its potential for generating sales leads and boosting customer engagement.
